It looks like the weather in the Netherlands got totally crazy but it’s amazing. I love hot sunny days when I can nicely relax and enjoy the sun. But I’m not going to lie, of course it would be better somewhere at the seaside with a good cocktail in my hands 😀
During the weekend the weather was already totally amazing so we decided to enjoy the days on the beach. I have to say that the more we explore the places here around Groningen the more nice places we find. Actually here are more beautiful places than I ever imagined.

Vypadá to, jako by počasí v Nizozemsku zešílelo, ale to je super! Mám ráda teplé slunečné dny, kdy můžu relaxovat a užívat si sluníčka. No, ale co si budeme povídat, lepší by to bylo někde na lehátku u moře s nějakým dobrým koktejlem v ruce 😀
O víkendu už bylo počasí uplně super, proto jsme se rozhodli si užít tyto dny na pláži. Musím říct, že čím více to tady okolo Groningenu prozkoumáváme, tím více hezčích míst nacházíme. Vlastně tady je více hezkých míst než jsem si dokázala představit.
We spent the weekend at Zuidlaardermeer. It’s really huge lake that is just a few minutes from our home. The environment is very beautiful and everything feels so cozy and clean. Nice beaches are created all around so it really feels like you are on the beach at the sea. You can do many activities to enjoy the water, but we were just lying on the beach, relaxing, watching the boats, enjoying the sun and getting more energy, because I went to work later in the afternoon.

Minulý víkend jsme strávili u Zuidlaardermeer. Je to opravdu velké jezero, které se nachází jenom pár minut od nás. Okolí je nádherné a příjde mi to tam hodně útulné a čisté. U jezera jsou pěkné pláže, takže máte pocit jako byste byli někde na pláži u moře. Je tam možnost dělat nějaké aktivity ve vodě, ale my jsme jen leželi na pláži, relaxovali, sledovali lodě, užívali sluníčka a sbírali více energie, protože jsem šla později odpoledne do práce.
For me Zuidlaardermeer is a very good place to relax, because the area is large so there are not many people on the beach around you. When we came in the morning there was almost nobody. It felt like our private beach haha (I wish) .. Later on it got more full but it was still good. I’m sure that I will go there more often, because it’s really nearby to our place so I can also bike there 😀

Zuidlaardermeer je pro mě skvělé místo na relaxování. Má velkou rozlohu, takže tam není hodně lidí na pláži kolem vás. Když jsme tam přišli ráno, skoro nikdo tam nebyl. Vypadalo to, jako by to byla naše soukromá pláž haha (kéž by) .. později přišlo více lidí, ale pořád se to dalo. Jsem si jistá, že tam budu chodit častěji, protože to je opravdu kousek od nás, což znamená, že tam můžu jet i na kole 😀
So even though we don’t go this year for a vacation in a tropical country, we can still enjoy the beautiful weather here, which is amazing. I honestly didn’t even expect the summer in the Netherlands being so beautiful and with an amazing place such as Zuidlaardermeer it’s even better.

I když letos nejedeme nikam na dovolenou do nějaké tropické země, užíváme si skvělé počasí tady, což je super. Upřímně jsem ani nečekala, že by mohlo být léto v Nizozemsku takové teplé a s místy jako je Zuidlaardermeer to je ještě lepší.
